The 29th United Nations Association Film Festival (UNAFF) celebrates groundbreaking documentaries with global films that will change your view of the world.

At a time when divisions here and abroad are more ominous than ever, this year’s theme, Passion for Change, continues our devotion to human rights with an emphasis on the energy, foresight, and courage required to respond wisely to the increasing pace and challenges of our times.

Our democracy is under severe attack, and we believe that the best shield is knowledge. For 29 years, UNAFF has been providing exactly that through visual storytelling that builds a community that is informed, inoculated against fake news and demagoguery, and ready to defend its fundamental values.

We just announced the Program of the screenings and panels for the 11-day festival (October 15-25) with more than 60 filmmakers joining us from all over the world.

Many sessions will sell out fast! Get tickets now so you don’t miss the chance to see worldview-changing documentaries and expert panels and to talk with visiting filmmakers from around the world:
