This Special Seminar features Dr Frank B. Hu, MD, PhD, on “Food as Medicine for Longevity: Where East Meets West.” Dr. Frank Hu’s talk will explore the scientific basis of food as medicine for longevity, drawing from nutritional epidemiology, clinical trials, and systems biology. It examines how traditional Mediterranean and Asian diets impact cardiometabolic health, inflammation, and aging pathways, highlighting evidence-based strategies for disease prevention and healthy aging.

Dr. Frank Hu is the Frederick J. Stare Professor of Nutrition and Epedimiology in the Department of Nutrition at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health.
