Stanford student groups are organizing this panel discussion on Global Health Equity and the Congo. This is featuring Dr. Marie-Claire Frey, a Congolese physician who is a part of the Basandja Coalition for the Rights of Indigenous People & Local Communities, which works directly with frontline workers and communities and indigenous groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as Stanford physician Dr. Wendy Bernstein and Dr. Tyler Evans of the Wellness Equity Alliance which has sought to support training for Congolese clinicians in mental health and sexual/gender-based violence.
