At Stanford:
Gantenbein Medical Fund Fellowship A fellowship program that begins in 2012 for a second year medical student who has an interest in some aspect in global health. This fellowship will cover $30,000 for one academic year.
Kenya Research Opportunities Research opportunities in malaria, influencza, emerging infectious diseases, refugee health, tuberculosis, HIV-AIDS and other fields.
Mary Duke Biddle Clinical Scholars Program This program funds medical students for a period of six weeks to do a rotation at one of the program's sites in Malawi, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Traveling Scholars Program A Stanford School of Medicine program that administers Travel Grants through an application process to Stanford medical students who submit proposals to conduct research abroad.
Stanford-NBC News Fellowship in Global Health Media This fellowship began June 2011 and is open to medical students (who have completed the first two years of medical school), residents and faculty. This fellowship will teach fellows the ways media plays a significant role in global health.
